Koa Paring Knife

This was the first integral that I made as part of my Journeyman smith test set. Though I've made many integrals before this one, few of them have been as flawless. I really wanted to make this knife look like it was moving 100mph while standing still. It's small and fast for those quick kitchen tasks, but robust enough to be an everyday user. Forged out of a single bar of 1080 high carbon steel, this knife is also one of only 7 knives that will ever be marked with only my signature on the right side of the blade. Fiddleback curling on this koa provides a delightful handle that just moves in the light.
